John;
I'd bet Mega torque could get you one. Thanks, I appreciate
your thoughts. I just try to help. I'm new here, but I have loved Chevelles for
as long as I can remember. And yeah, the people here are great. I think this
chevelle-list is allot of fun. I admit I don't know it all, and big blocks
aren't my norm. I like to hear the mouse motors roar, guess I'm a sucker for the
underdog. After reading all today's posts I went out and stamped my vin # on my
frame. Can't be too safe nowadays. I'm going to look into etching the # on the
glass too. I figure why not, it can't hurt, and car thieves need to be
deturred(misspelled?) anyway good luck with that big block. I think header
distance from the starter might have some bearing too. Its your first musclecar?
Oh I envy you. Its a special feeling owning one. or should I say being owned by
one guys? I feel like the fifth wheel here, but being an ornery redhead with two
big brothers I feel right at home. Well, back to the
garage....Pep.
Chevelles, they're not just boy toys
;-)
