Tubing bender definitely. I would recommend the spring tip - which will allow you to slide it over the end of the tubing and make compound curves without kinking. These spring benders are used typically for bending copper tubing for plumbing, but will also work on brake / fuel lines. They can be found in the plumbing section of most hardware stores / building centers.

I believe most of the larger line manufactures send them to you rolled up. GENTLE BENDS are the key words.
