[Chevelle-list] Beginner Welder selection

Looking to pickup a begining 110 MIG welder to do some basic sheet metal and 
weld one of the bars back on my roll cage (dash bar). Any experienced 
welders have a suggestion of a Lincoln or Miller welder to look at 
purchasing? Price is somewhat of a issue... I don't need the best, but I 
don't want total junk either. Thanks
