Thanks John, I may end up settling for a non-egr intake and swap valve covers. I was trying to keep my post from getting too wordy, but should have mentioned that I was going for an understated look so keeping as many stock parts as possible seemed like a way to go. Probably the air cleaner will be the biggest challenge: old style air cleaner to fit a Holley? $$! Pete Geurds Douglassville, PA
