I have a question regarding eBay, hopefully there's someone out there with
more eBay experience than me that can help.
As some of you know, I listed 5 items on eBay not too long ago. All 5 sold
and I've received payment and shipped 4 of those items. The last item, the
buyer sent me an email on 1 Dec saying he was planning to send a money
order. It's now 9 Dec and still no money order. Last night I sent him an
email asking if he sent the money order yet and today there's still no
response from him (and no money order in the mail).
Does anyone know the next step? Do I contact eBay and complain or is it too
early in the process? Do I contact the next highest bidder and see if he's
interested in the part?
Thanks.

File a non payment of bidder . That sends him a warning to pay and after 10 if he still has not paid you can file for credit and at least get your listing fee back
