Thanks for the replies about LS6's. I've had mine since 72, but it's been off the road since the 80's. I started to do some work to it and it slid to the back of my garage while I worked on other projects. (it was the "keeper") Then you get married, have kids etc, but now I'm trying to bring her back to life. But last year a strike really stopped everything. But a new year is comming and so I'm hoping to get her back on the road this year.
So when I see this LS6 for sale in Florida I had to ckeck it out. IIRC when you ordered a LS6 package, you could not get ANY other power options like air or power steering. And the disc brake was a manditory option when you ordered the LS6 option. So when I saw this car on ebay with air and the person was "pretty sure" it was an LS6, I had to re-check my memory because this probably wasn't an "as advertised" LS6. Thanks guys !! Bill C
