That is a lesson that most of us learn at some point. The tires need to be supporting the frame when any body adjustments are made. Generally when all the body mount bushings and bolts are in place alignment is gonna be real close, but they all have to be in and seated before any one of them is tightened. I recently invested in a set of four Go Jaks. Best shop equipment money I have spent.
