They are the cheap Felpro set. I believe I torqued them to specs, which now
makes me believe that I didn't.
At any rate, I am about to go through them again and re-check.

Depending on the gasket, they may or may not require retorquing after a time
but in either case, there shouldn't be any leaking.  Could be the head bolts
weren't torque properly originally or possibly sitting with only air temp
warming and cooling, they may have loosened up.
