Normal compression on a small block you can find at around 125 and higher As a rule of thumb you are allowed a 10% variance from cylinder to cylinder. For example if 5 were 100 then the other 3 can be between 90 and 110. Sounds to me like you diffidently need to pull it and rebuild it. The motor does have issues weather it be some bad valves or worn rings.
