Since Bob is missing the list postings..... : ) What's the deal with the 2 barrel, 195hp 283 not having a balancer? My two 64 engines are like that. Just a hub to bolt the pulley onto. If I understand right the 220hp engine does have one. Chevy being optomistic of their balancing equipment? Just being cheap? What other years did they do that? Thanks.
