[Chevelle-list] 71 Malibu turn signals

Wondering if anyone could help. On my 71 Malibu, the turn signals flash 
really fast while the hazard lights flash at normal rate. I just put in new 
bulbs, new flasher and they all work. Was wondering what might be wrong or 
if this is normal. Thanks for any advice.
