Thanks guys. I replaced the one in the fuse box, did not realize their was
another. That's probably my problem. Thanks again.

Brian,
I had the same problem. There are two flashers, on the fuse block and one
above the column shaft maybe 8" up from where the column goes through the
firewall. The one you want to change is the one above the steering column,
not the one on the fuse block.

Wondering if anyone could help. On my 71 Malibu, the turn signals flash
really fast while the hazard lights flash at normal rate. I just put in new
bulbs, new flasher and they all work. Was wondering what might be wrong or
if this is normal. Thanks for any advice.
