Just a heads up; the price of steel is going through the roof. 316 stainless
steel has a 50% premium on it today. China is buying, and hording, any steel
they can lay hands on. It will be interesting how this affects the car
industries' prices next year.

I know, I own a machine shop & have since 1972. Went to order
some 303 Stainless for a job I've been doing every yr since 1975 &
it went up from 4.10 a lb (last yr) to 10.25 a lb & I can't pass
that on to my customer.
Guess China is going put machine shops out of business one way
or the other....
