The holes for the frame mounts should already be in place, just get the
frame and matching engine mounts - preferably those with the safety lock.
Don't know if the PG will bolt up to the V8 or not, never made that swap -
may need starter for the V8 (?).  Naturally, you'll need all associated
brackets for alt/ps/ac if equipped.  Exhaust manifolds or headers.  Might
have to play a bit with routing of existing wiring such as alt.  Factory or
aftermarket parts for a V8 shouldn't be a big problem since the 64 was
available with the 283.
