Probably so, as the mounting bracket is for the OEM dash. About $440 from Summit for the column and bracket. Yuppers, comes with the directional and hazard switches, and the levers for them and the tilt. According to the sales guy I spoke to, the horn is there along with all the wiring. Since I have a new/update wiring harness, I don't need their flasher kit and plugs in with the 4" connector. I update my website when it done with the steps taken.
