Just a suggestion to get rid of them. Try setting off 3 or 4 of those bug bomb deals inside the car. Then just clean it all out. I know those are designed to kill ants/roaches/fleas and what not, but 3-4 of them in such a small area will kill a moose, so a mouse should be no problem.

Hey Guys, I've been trying to get rid of the mice that decided to make my Chevelle their home. I placed traps in the car in several locations. The first one I caught looked suspiciously like a female that was either pregnant or had just given birth. The second and third mice I caught confirmed that this first was a new mother as they were babies. I pulled the rear seat to find the home they built using pieces of stuffing from my seats (quite a bit of stuffing I may add) They had obviously been there awhile, based on the amount of mouse dung I vaccumed up. I felt pretty confident that I had rid the ' 69 of all unwelcomed visitors. Last night I opened the drivers door and when I did, something dropped down on top of my head. I looked up to see bird seed falling down from the headliner. I took a closer look and peeled back the door seal a little and quite a bit of seed fell from there. The little bastards moved to higher ground and are now living above my headliner. I'm guessing that there are at least 2 (or more) nests up there. I can see a larger discolored spot above the drivers seat which is wet to the touch and smells like urine. Also, you can feel the weight of what I assume is another nest, just above the drivers seat. This is somewhat of a heartbreaker as the interior of my ' 69 is in excellent condition. My question: Is there any way to pull the edges of the headliner down so I can get a look up there without destroying it? I don't want to remove the headliner if I don't have to but I want to be able to run the intruders out of my car. I can understand mice getting into a garaged car, but how the hell did they get above the headliner? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
