All the bezels and bulbs and wiring is brand new and all the lights work.
The blinkers are just slow. Right is slower than left. Bill L. was right. I
replaced the wrong flasher.

     The directional problems may be caused by poor grounds.  You need
to check all of the light grounds and make certain that they are clean
& tight.  No corrosion or paint between the wire eyelet & the metal.
You can use light sand paper to clean the corrosion/paint.    Also be
sure that you have the correct bulbs in the sockets.   People have
been known to "make" a single filament bulb fit in a dual filament
socket - and vice-versa.
