John, Did you get the battery checked? Also is the flasher slow with car running or off, or both? Hopefully they still make the HD flasher which doesn't care how many bulbs are in circuit. In the old days you could put wrong flasher in and turnsignals would flash slow or fast; and even right flasher would stop if a bulb went out. I always check turn signals with parking lights on as this uncovers problems you might not see doing lights and turn signals seperately; ie: socket problems, bulbs in wrong, bad filaments; etc. (1157 bulbs have two filaments and never should they meet!)
