Ahh, problem fixed It turned out to be the battery cable, which actually didn't
surprise me since it's one of those you have to put the ends yourself (trunk
mounted battery).  Now I just got to figure out how to make that soft lead end
stick better to the copper wires ...

Engine started right up, and it appears my new wiring kit works ... electric
choke kicked right in, the electric fan came on after about 10 mins and all my
new gauages work.  It was very relieving to hear the stroker's gear drive -
something about that whine .... AH!

Now back to the Wilwood brake install ....
