There have been a number of RUMORS regarding the demise of NCOA, and the Membership absorption into the Late Great Chevy and the events that derailed IMO a Fantastic Club...

I to spent time with Mark behind Ausley's Trailer @ Carlisle in 99?. I felt at the time, with so much turmoil, a
game of 50 questions were not in order. we did have a lengthy chat about Chevells and he was vary enthustaic about the spirited increase in interest from the craze in it's hay day in the late 80's. ( boy I wonder what he thinks in light of the muscle car craze we are in NOW )
did TGC take our Membership,, did Mark Sell it? did he give the info away ?

As for the book your searching for... if your an Aces Member run an Wanted ad in Chevelle World, or post a Watned on TEAM Chevelle.

I was an NCOA charter member. I spoke with MM when he closed down NCOA due
to financial difficulty. No one bought the NCOA list or took the club over
from him. Ed

Actually Late Great Chevys took over the NCOA, the book has been taken off
the market for some time now. The only thing I can do is keep an eye out for
it, never know where it may pop up.
