I've run the 64 4 dr in and out of garage with no battery (no inner fender & battery tray)seemed pretty clever at the time and I know that alt works. : ) Does this work on any car with old style external voltage regulator or does the newer style with internal reg do this too? (run w/o battery in car)
But then I read somewhere that it's hard on the alternator and/or the voltage regulator. Any comments? Pete Geurds Douglassville, PA
