If you're planning to leave the 327 alone,I wouldn't change rears as the stock 10 bolt can easily handle that power level. Just buy a new gearset and posi unit. You should be able to buy a new ring & pinion for around $150 and a new limited slip unit for less than $400. To install both should run around $300 or so.
