LOL!!! I just answered your first email, and then I read your number two, then your number three and started laughing.
I can just say that they will fit with washers. Its been a long time but I remember it as follows: 1 clean out the oil 2 put one spider in with a washer 3 block that one there with a plastic strip 4 put the other spider half way in with the washer 5 swear to do the above 6 bust your knuckles 7 swear again 8 hammer it in using something soft like copper 9 Secure it all with a plastic strip 10 after you have installed axles and brakes and c clips you'll have to put the crosspin in again 11 cut one plastic strip at the time and enter the crosspin being careful to not loose the washers and spiders and stuff and secure the crosspin bolt with loctite, add some lube (remember additive if you have a posi) and go out and spin the tires. You might be tempted to put some thicker c'clips in to eliminate endplay totally, dont do that! The axles need some endplay (I remember 1/8" but could be wrong) due to thermal expansion.
