I have Hedman mid-length headers, and I think there are a few other brands (Patriot?) that have them. They are still not full length tuned headers, but they are a bit better than block hugger or shorty headers. I had to swap to the mid length headers because the Hooker long tubes kept bottoming out as they were the lowest part of my car!
