I thought long about going that way. Gear changes are as simple as changing
the pumpkin out (or so I've heard)..and there is a ton of stuff out there
for them.

If you can afford a Moser or Currie 12 bolt,you can also afford one of their
bolt-in Ford 9" units. There's huge aftermarket support for the 9" and more
gear ratios & options are available. I'm running a Chris Alston Fab 9 rear
in my 69 Elky with Moser 31 spline axles,Detroit Locker diff,Motive Gear
4.11 gearset,and Baer 12" disc brakes.
