What is the intended use of the car,David? That makes all the difference in the world.
Yes,most A-body dropped spindles require the switch to G-body brakes. Not good. Find the ones that don't. My choice would be the new taller A-body spindles from Fatman Fabrications. Better suspension geometry, 2" drop, and the ability to re-use stock parts,,all for $300.

I was told that there is a guy. that sales rebuilt control arms does anyone know how to find them. iwant to buy a kit yet do not want to try to replace the ball joints my self as ive been told it can be tricky.i also want to put drop spindles, but does that mean ihave to replace the brake calipers? what about the springs? where do we start.    thanks ,david
