To tell if it's posi, jack up the back of the car so
both wheels are off the ground- Spin one and see what
the other one does. If it doesn't move when you're
spinning yours, it's not a posi.
As for the gears, you'll have to pull the cover to
really know for sure. Some say you can count the # of
wheel revolutions in conjunction with the # of yoke
revolutions, but it's not always accurate.
