For what it's worth, when I regear mine, I'll be going with 4.56's or maybe even 4.88's. My '69 isn't a hiway runner, though. Primarily just around town, street light to street light.
In my Off road rig, I'm regearing to 4.88's as well. I guess high speeds will be out of my future, but there's nothing quite like boiling the tread off 4 35" super swampers to get wierd looks!
