Station wagon springs. A friend had done it to his 65' Impala in the mid 70's. Went to the
dealer and ordered them. So I went and asked the dealer to get the springs for a 65' Malibu
station wagon with air. The front end was raised 2" and realigned for 1/2 /and 1/2. It took shock
extentions on the rear.  Now a days, just order what you want from the host of suspension
companies out there...

Ive wondered about the coils on my 65 chevelle. When we were kids we put spacers in them to raise the car. I would like to raise the front end about 2" higher than factory  and the rear as well. any ideas would help.

Also remember that any coils cut off equal a stiffer spring. (higher
compression rate)
