I called Shiftworks and upgraded my standard sweeper speedo to gauges. 200 dollars or so was the cost. You order the upgrade kit with a true ammeter or a volt meter. The pressure gauge is a real pressure guage with copper tubing to the gauge. Now, on the idiot lights, you can do many things with them. The brake light stays bit the others can do almost anything you want if you change the red mylar lense. Remove the silkscreen and make it what ever you want. How about a shift light or alarm light if you installed an LED in a black mylar lense cover. Anything suttle and trick would be helpfull to the driver.
