When I was in high school I had a 53 Stude with a 389 Pontiac w/
tri-power and isky cam. It sounded "BAD", then one night I raised the
hood and it looked like a xmas tree around the wires. They were too
close. I adjusted the wires and the idle didn't sound "BAD" anymore.
Smoothed right out. That was in 1964 and I raced at Fremont and went
13.70 and 105. Those were the days. I sent the car to the junk yard.
