TH350and 400's can hold up under that power but I am guessing you like the idea of overdrive. An Add-on ECU is required for the swap. They can be a little pricey but the end product will be a nice drivetrain combo for you. A friend recently swapped a 4 cyl diesel into a truck. He used a 4L60 and an add-on(near $1000) ECU to control the transmission. Walt
