I'm wanting to put a trans temp gauge in my '96 Dually with 454 and
4L80e trans.
The 4L80e has an internal temp trans sending unit, and you can take a
resistance reading from the VCM (under the hood).
So, I know the wires, I have a resistance chart, but, can I actually
connect an aftermarket gauge to it?
Any suggestions? or website reading recommendation?
