I am going to be pulling the fuel tank out of the '70 this weekend, and as much as possible I want to clean up the underside and paint it with corroseal as I work on the car. Corroseal is a primer that turns rust into magnetite. It is similar to POR-15 but it's water based and non-toxic (and it can be sprayed). Do you guys have any recommendation for a topcoat? I don't have spray equipment, so something that would flow nicely from a brush would be ideal. Otherwise I do have a compressor and I could buy a spray gun...
Thanks
