If you have a car with a heavy cam, or like my self running an 8-71 blower, it’s a necessity!! I have one and it’s great. A bit touchy at first but it gets better quickly! You’ll love them. I think the price has come down since I bought mine.

Actually, you don't need to have p/s, just the p/s pump to run the booster unit.  Once you drive a car with a hydroboost you'll wonder how you ever drove it before!  Oh, and I don't have a small booster.

That's pretty cool Herb. If I had PS, I would get it. Since my car is a non-PS car, I'm gonna try driving it that way first. You has a small booster lying around?

Hi Larry,

Check this out.  I have it on my El Camino and the Vette will also get it... http://www.hydratechbraking.com/

It's almost time to redo my brakes. I picked up a rebuilt power disk brake setup a while back. Anyways, since I have tall valve covers on my 396 in my 66, this huge booster will not fit.

Can somebody tell me what size booster I should buy for my dual reservoir master cylinder? If you can recommend a place to buy, it would be helpful.

Thanks,

Larry
