[Chevelle-list] OT - Automatic Tranny Service On My Avalanche

I now have 60K miles on my 03 Avalanche 4WD. I think I might be due or a bit past due for tranny service. All you mechanics out there, what is the best way to service it?   1. Take it to a lube place and have all the fluid sucked out. (of course the filter doesn't get changed this way)   2. Drop the pan myself and change the filter and oil myself. (I've heard you won't get all the oil out this way)   3. Better way?   Thanks! Larry Shouse
