| Ryan, I'm assuming that this is a front-wheel-drive car. I would check the CV joints and boots. They might have gotten damaged when you replaced the struts.

I have replaced struts many times before with no issues. However, once I got everything back together the steering makes a popping noise when turning corners. The local garage said it was strut mounts but they didnt make any noise before I replaced the struts. Do any of you guys have any ideas? I have gone as far as taking the struts back out and rechecking that every thing got torqued and seated properly. Everything looks good. It is my thinking that it is possible that it is SO far out of alignment now that when I turn a corner that it tries to twist the coil spring and that is what is popping. Again...sorry for the long email and being way off topic but I know you guys are good. Thanks for your help Ryan
