Well, I decided after 3 years of driving my '66 as it was, it was time for a little change.. So I upgraded the cam to a 272/284 Crane Powermax cam with .454/.480 lift, and added the Edelbrock Performer RPM intake. The results? Money WELL SPENT.
The gains are definitely noticeable, and it gave the car more of the sound I was looking for when I first built the engine. Just had to share with you guys, since so many of you helped me get this old heap back on the road 8^] Hats off to all of you. I also finally fulfilled my lifelong dream of taking a car down the 1/4 mile track with this '66. She's officially a member of the family now.
