First off, I am not surprised by the attitude of this gubmint towards ALL
Military currently engaged and otherwise. Seems this gubmint wants people to
fight wars and other entanglements yet will cowardly shun those Soldiers
that return Alive whether maimed or not.
Second, I was never in ANY Military division however for ANYONES' BODY to be
treated as Sir R. J. Groves was is inexcusable. When has this happened in
the Civilian sector??
The airline and/or the funeral home needs to be held FULLY accountable for
their ignorance and outright carelessness.
Paying for services then being "blown off" seems typical for these days yet
is still inexcusable.
Airport personnel have verified consistently that they care not about items
being transported however Bodies take precedence over ALL other items in
transport, yet apparently not with delta.
I smell a lawsuit and justifiably so.
My condolences to the Family of Sir R. J. Groves.
