I ordered windshield trim for my 70 Nova from Ground Up on 7/5/07. Waited 10
days then called to ask about the order and was told they were waiting for the
clips to come it before shipping the order, "do you want us to ship the trim
and send the clips when they arrive?" Yes. yes, yes I need the trim now. Wait
two more weeks and call again, "I can't find anyone back in the warehouse, give
me your number and I'll call you back." Call again after waiting 24 hours and
finally I get a straight answer "We don't have the trim yet and it will be at
least another 30 days according to the manufacturer." Got my CC bill in this
week and at least they didn't charge me for it.
