Lorne, Do you have a wiring diagram? If not, I have one on PDF I can Email you. Take off the wire that comes from the battery and goes to the junction block. Test again, if you still have the problem, then it's on the way to the starter and coil. If not, then reattach the wires that go to the horn and check further down the line. There is a huge connection of wires in the line that go to different points on the car. This joint may also be a problem. Since the car is old, also check wires someone may have put through the firewall that do not have grommets as they may be grounding out. Hope any of this helps. Dan
