Jim and all. Again like all of us, this is my opinion but I could not ever do it. I would put the chevelle in storage and buy the new project. I could put storage wrappings on the car and charcoal drying bags in the car and drain or something with the fluids to allow the best outcome later on. Put he car on jackstands and put a bunch of baits around the car and let it sit.
It's a cheap solution just adds up to my two pennies worth.
