Along with the domed hood with hood pins like the SS Equipment optioned Malibus in 71 & 72. The 3-speed manual was the base transmission on the Standard (13437/1C37) Chevelle regardless of engine although for some reason, the Power Teams chart in the 71 restoration kit doesn't show a 3-speed for the350/265 L65 engine where 72 does. For 71 only the 2.54 low gear 4-speed and Turbo Hydra-Matic are shown with the L65 engine.
