Hi Zach, Thanks for the response.
I am not sure what else to provide - the function seemed to be working fine and SOME emails (from one part of the system) seemed to be going OK butt others not. There is nothing to be seen in the logs. As I said, I have now 'fixed' the immediate problem by simply restarting the server, so I can not test it further, but if it recurs I will try and get some more details.
