Friends and Comrades, I think the conference call proposed by Alex is a great idea and we should be organizing more coordinated actions, especially during this crucial time.
How would a National Day of Resistance on Oct. 12th sound? Each organization or state decide on what Resistance means to them. Resistance encompasses much broader issues that other allies like the Irish, Polish, African American, Indigenous, Hispanics and Progressive Whites can sign on to. Do you think the other groups of people would sign on to help us get legalization for all if we effectively show then that we all fighting the same battle, just on different fronts? Also, how can we make more allies and get our point across to the people that are in a position to do something about issues like the war, the raids and all other forms of social unjust ice? Just thinking out loud here, but would love to hear your feedback during the conference call on 09/11.
