It's not really feasible for everyone to keep checking back to the build
log every time, but would it be possible to add a 'maintainer' field
to an egg's meta file with an email address, so you can automatically
email an author with his failing eggs?

An even better alternative would be to set up an rss feed which can tell
me in my rss reader when my egg failed.
