My guess is she is marking her territory and the peeing would stop if there were no other dogs in the house.

We have a five year old Chihuahua that recently peed on our bed. This
hasn't happened since her training stage when she was a few months
old. We walked her in the morning and evening on the day that she peed
on the bed. We think it happened just before we went to sleep (after
her second walk). Does anyone know why this may have happened?
About four months ago we moved into a house with four other dogs. Our
chihuahua doesn't really like other dogs. Usually she barks at them if
they get close. However, this was four months ago and this just
happened. Could it be stress. We noticed that the hair on her ears is
coming off a little as well and we were told that that could be stress
related.
