4 week old? That's very young to leave its
mother. You need to get puppy formula and start her on puppy mush (mix it
with infant rice cereal), slowly start adding kibble (sorry Terri) to it and
then slowly ween her off of the rice.. keeping the kibble moistenend until she
has teeth to eat it. Keep nutrical on hand, in case her blood sugar drops,
and good luck. Get her to a vet. Try not to start feeding her with a
bottle at this age--she will get lazy....
