I have a 7 and a half month old chi. He been living with me for 2 months now. He is very timid and submissive chi. I am having a hard time with his potty training. I got a doggy diaper and 2 belly bands. He pees and both his diaper and belly bands. Now get this, he can hold his pee in his crate for about 8 hrs and when he not in the crate, he just cant. Today he pee pee in his belly bands two times. To me I guess he dont care about being wet. When he is wet he trys slide out of his belly band or diaper to where he is showing and to finish his job. Ok that is smart. But he is not smart enough to just hold his self when its time to go potty. It like I have to been on his time on something. To me he have to go every hour or two. That is alot. But like i say he does not potty in his crate at all, so i am so confused. Him and my other dog go out 3 times a day. I guess that is not enough for him i guess. What is wrong with my puppy. When he does it he know what he did is wrong and give me that scarey look. Sometimes he is so bold to just pee right in front of me. I dont know anymore. Any suggestions
