I agree - adult food vs puppy food shouldn't be a lot different, but
an adult dog eating puppy food is more likely to get fat due to higher
calories, protein etc.  But - it's not "bad."

"Bad" would be feeding a cat only dog food (which has different levels
of taurine - cats NEED taurine or can go blind/die/etc.).
